Just a note if the cherry eye is up it is likely giving some protection to the cornea from the entropian....... I have never heard of anyone that had a puppy so young that had entropian........ but yes i do believe it is very common and becoming much more so....... Sometimes it is just a matter of watching it and keeping a close check as the head grows it can come and go......... But also i have heard of some people saying that ulcers and temporary blindness appeared within 1 to 2 days.... and the dog went from perfect vision to white eyed (due to the ulceration) and could not see a thing although did make a 90% recovery later..... Hope he/she gets better soon...

i would like to clarify something while i have the chance. I merely wrote to get some more information, not to bash the breeder. I have also purchased a male pupp from the same breeder and I would recommend the breeder. The breeder has been very professional and I have 2 very nice pups. I just want to do what is best for the pup and after speaking with the breeder I believed them more than the vet that looked at the puppy. I will be taking the pup to the vet that was recommended tomorrow and get her taken care of.

thanks again to everyone for their help and especially for the vets name

Thor, no worries. You never mentioned where the baby was from- and no one asked.
