 | People might think this mad but we used to put the dogs when we lived in Africa through the cattle dip after say 3000 cows had been dipped. Vets there recommended it and also we used to feed garlic tablets especially for dogs. Here although there are ticks I dont seem to have any problems with Ticks. We were also told to cover the Tick in vasaline so that when it cant breath it lets go of the dog because leaving the head behind can cause really bad infection. I had one dog with a hole the size of an orange from pulling off a Tick. We also used to burn the tick with a lighter which made them explode not nice but one dead tick made me feel good | |||
