I agree Jess, this is actually to help me get some data for a paper I'm writing for my Advanced Topics in Animal Nutrition class. . .

I want to be able to amass all of my thoughts on nutrition and why we would feed our dogs better than many of us eat ourselves (much the way new parents will often begin to pour over the ingredient lists of baby foods), and then add commentary from other people working in the companion animal field. That's you guys

The thesis is that while all non-rumenents have roughly the same needs (AA's, Vitamins, Minerals) that the desire is different in dogs. We're not feeding for rapid growth and lean muscle mass alone, we're feeding for longevity and quality of life.

What made you choose Eagle Pack originally? And how did you decide on Nutro as a replacement? I'm interested in what marketing techniques/company claims affect buyers as well as what information you came in with, and how that influenced you.
