Ive had good success with goat milk. I know everyone raves over the milk replacement but Ive never gotten a puppy to voluntarily drink it. Ive also used honey and bee pollin to keep the blood sugar up and baby cereal (the dry you can mix with water) to get the dog back on their toes. All are easily digestable carbs. Remember puppies just dont have the enzymes to readily digest most commerical bagged food so anything you can give that is easy to digest will give puppy a chance to recouperate while keeping him well. Rescue remedy is also good. Good luck. Im sure puppy will be back on his feet in no time

Ok...I've done a little of everything.. He pulled through the night again.
I have him quarantined to the bathroom , just in case so I can't let him
Sleep in the bed. I have him in a crate on a heating pad so he's nice and warm.
He's actually holding his head up now. And when I give him fluids he actually
Fusses a little, so I'm optimistic now. I'm still syringe feeding him. He's
Peeing and pooping so maybe hell pull thru. Thanks guys/gals.

When he gets the strength up....
I feed litters at about 3-4 weeks starting on raw meats. Little ground beef meatballs that are marble sized. Just pop it in front on their mouths and they suck it right down.
The cereal in the formula works great. Also add mayo to his formula, just a bit- it adds a lot of calories.

Never thought about mayo..good idea. I will do.
I hope this little guy makes it. The owner told me just
To find him a home if he does. He s 1/3 the size of the others.
Pretty sure his size is going to be compromised due to not
Getting enough food..
